Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking your return's journey to Richmond.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
